How to Initiate a Return

  1. Send us an email 2 info@sitontopkayak.com that includes proof of
    purchase. We’ll start the process for you.
  2. Package Your Return, make sure your item(s) are secure in the packaging,
    and all manufacturer tags and packaging have been included. Kayaks need
    to be secure and make it back to us in good condition. Return shipping
    insurance and details are up to you. If we receive broken items, your return
    may be voided.
  3. Ship Your Return to the following address:

    Bellingham, WA 98229
    The processing time for a return is 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday,
    excluding holidays) upon receiving your item(s).

Warranty Information

Please email info@sitontopkayak.com the following information:

  • Proof of Purchase (Receipt or Order Confirmation)
  • Serial # (For Kayaks – Typically etched or stamped on the right rear side)
  • Shipping Address
  • Description of the Issue
  • Three photos of the item:
    1. Entire Product
    2. Close Up of Damage,
    3. Serial # if applicable

**Please be aware that it can take the manufacturer 1-4 business days to
respond to warranty requests. We will email you when we hear back as
to how they would like to proceed with the warranty claim.**
